What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods
  • Support the team with shipment documentation, including filing and basic data entry
  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to relay schedules and updates
  • Assist with inventory checks and proper record keeping
  • Follow up on deliveries and troubleshoot minor hiccups—yes, sometimes surprises crop up!
  • Help maintain our systems by entering logistics data and updating schedules
  • Pitch in with other operational tasks as needed—you’ll never be bored!
