What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods
- Support the team with shipment documentation, including filing and basic data entry
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to relay schedules and updates
- Assist with inventory checks and proper record keeping
- Follow up on deliveries and troubleshoot minor hiccups—yes, sometimes surprises crop up!
- Help maintain our systems by entering logistics data and updating schedules
- Pitch in with other operational tasks as needed—you’ll never be bored!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English; knowing additional languages is a plus
