About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself in a bakery, eyes wide at the array of treats, and thought, “I’d love to be a part of this daily magic”? If you’re someone who thrives on delivering great service and takes real pride in your work, this might just be your next move. We’re expanding our team across several bakery locations in Al Ain and looking for Sales Supervisors, Sellers, and Department Assistants to help us keep delighting our customers—every single day. Whether you’re a seasoned manager or just love the fast-paced world of fresh-baked goods, there’s a spot for you here.
About the Company
Step inside any of our bakeries, and you’ll immediately sense what sets us apart—a genuine passion for quality and community. Our team comes from all walks of life, but we’re united by a simple goal: to put a little bit of happiness in every customer’s day, one loaf or pastry at a time. We value integrity, teamwork, and speed—but never at the expense of kindness (or good coffee). Our managers are hands-on and approachable, and we often celebrate our wins (big and small) over Friday morning crullers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Supervisors
- Leading your team with energy, ensuring everyone’s delivering friendly, efficient service from open to close.
- Training new hires, sharing your expertise in sales techniques and quality standards.
- Handling customer feedback with care—turning a complaint into a chance to shine.
- Overseeing product displays and stock to make sure shelves are always inviting (and never empty).
- Reporting to management on sales trends and offering smart ideas for improvement.
Sellers
- Greeting every customer with a genuine smile and helpful attitude.
- Managing transactions quickly and accurately—even during the morning rush.
- Suggesting products or combos, helping folks find their new favorite treat.
- Keeping counters sparkling clean and restocked throughout your shift.
Bakery Assistants
- Supporting bakers and team leads with preparation, packing, and organizing products.
- Learning on the job—whether slicing, labeling, or lending a hand wherever needed.
- Pitching in as part of a close-knit team, especially during busy hours.
What You’ll Bring

- For Sellers: Fast, accurate transaction handling and a natural flair for customer service.
- For Assistants: Eagerness to learn and a can-do attitude.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the food industry or a love for all things bakery.
- Multilingual abilities—Al Ain’s a diverse place!
- Creative ideas for improving the store’s look or service.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and paid overtime when needed
- Team meals and generous discounts on delicious bakery treats
- Supportive managers who care about your growth, not just your shift times
- Opportunities to move up—several of our current leads started as assistants
- Friendly, diverse colleagues who make every day interesting
- Flexible scheduling options and a chance to contribute your ideas, not just follow orders
Most importantly, you’ll be joining a team that truly values each individual’s effort. Here, a busy day ends with laughter, shared wins, and (yes) the occasional leftover pastry. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make someone’s day a little bit sweeter, we’d love for you to join us.
