About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever walked into a beauty center and immediately felt at ease thanks to the friendly face at the front desk? We’re looking for that person — a Receptionist who brings warmth and order to every client’s experience, right in the heart of Al Ain City. This is your chance to step into a highly professional environment where your knack for organization, multitasking, and client care will truly shine. If you thrive on creating smooth, welcoming first impressions (and love a little buzz of activity), we’d love to meet you.
About the Company
Here at our beauty center, it’s not just about flawless facials or the perfect blowout — it’s about making every guest feel genuinely pampered and valued. We’re an established (yet always evolving) team, proud of our loyal clientele and our reputation for service that sparkles as much as our nail art. Teamwork is huge for us; laughter and helpfulness go hand-in-hand, and we always celebrate each other’s strengths. Friday afternoons? You’ll probably catch us trading beauty tips over coffee after the last booking.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly welcoming clients — creating a professional, inviting first impression from the moment they arrive
- Managing appointment scheduling with specialized software, ensuring every slot runs smoothly and everyone’s time is valued
- Fielding phone calls and responding to inquiries quickly but courteously (sometimes all while greeting someone in-person!)
- Handling invoice processing and payments with accuracy, keeping financial details organized
- Proactively supporting sales and marketing activities, from introducing current promotions to helping coordinate social media posts
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, keeping the reception area tidy and well-stocked
- Providing ongoing support to therapists and stylists, adapting to the daily ebb and flow of appointments
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Sleek organizational skills; you love structure and know how to keep things on track even when things get busy
- Comfortable navigating appointment and scheduling software (and ready to learn a new platform if needed)
- Confident phone manner and polished communication, both in-person and online
- The ability to multitask gracefully — managing overlapping priorities without missing a detail
- A smart, well-groomed appearance and a naturally friendly attitude
- Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience as a receptionist, especially in a salon, spa, or wellness environment
- Sales or marketing experience, or even just a talent for upselling and building client relationships
- Social media savvy (Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp Business)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary package
- Regular team gatherings and informal “self-care” moments for staff
- Training on the latest beauty services and reception technology
- Product discounts and complimentary treatments (yes, your nails may never be bare again)
- Supportive, close-knit team where everyone’s contribution matters
- Centrally located in Al Ain City, with easy access and welcoming clients
- Mix of steady hours and a vibrant, ever-changing workday
We take pride in making our center feel like a “happy place” for both guests and staff — and believe the right receptionist is the heart of this experience. If you’re ready to bring your organizational flair and people skills to a team that values your growth and personality, you might just find your perfect fit here.
