About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what it’s like to wake up each day knowing you’re the local hero serving morning cappuccinos, ice-cold frappes, and smiles to boot? If you’re looking to blend your passion for great drinks with on-the-go energy, our Food Truck team in Bateen, Al Ain, is looking for a Barista & Assistant Barista (plus the occasional Waiter/Waitress magic), starting next month. Whether you’re honing your craft or just love being where the action is, there’s something uniquely satisfying about bringing great coffee and desserts to the heart of the community — all from a food truck that feels more like a neighborhood meeting point than a job.
About the Company
Imagine a place that feels like family from day one — that’s us. We’re a hands-on, tight-knit team running a growing food truck business that’s become a staple in Bateen, Al Ain. Friday afternoons might mean trying out a new dessert recipe for fun, and regular customers know us by name (and sometimes by their order before they say a word). No two days are quite the same; there’s always a new regular, a special event, or a new menu item we’re excited to roll out. Energy, positivity, and camaraderie fuel us more than just the espresso.

- Greeting customers with genuine warmth, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Keeping the truck looking spick-and-span, from food prep areas to the front counter.
- Stepping into waiter or waitress duties when the flow picks up or at special events.
- Keeping cool when it gets busy and helping make sure every guest leaves happy.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in preparing hot and iced beverages (barista skills or quick learning curve).
- Confident, friendly attitude and genuine love for good customer service.
- Ability to work well as part of a small, busy team — no egos here, just teamwork.
- An eye for detail when it comes to cleanliness and presentation.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with desserts or baked goods (or a strong sweet tooth!)
- Knowledge of the local Bateen, Al Ain community.
- Comfortable handling basic POS/payments on the truck.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

- Competitive hourly pay, plus tips from happy customers.
- Flexible shifts, with mornings and evenings available.
- Exposure to all sides of a fast-moving food truck business — perfect if you want to grow.

- A relaxed, friendly atmosphere where team wins are everyone’s wins.
- Shift meals, free coffee (obviously!), and occasional team get-togethers when things slow down.
- Join a business that’s part of the Bateen community, not just passing through.
