What You’ll Be Doing
- Barista:
- Craft coffee and tea drinks that look and taste amazing (latte art skills? Bonus points!)
- Chat with customers, answer questions, and make everyone feel welcome
- Keep your station sparkling clean and organized
- Waiter:
- Serve customers with a friendly attitude and a keen eye for detail
- Take orders efficiently, explain menu specials, and handle payments accurately
- Help set up (and sometimes decorate!) the dining area before and after busy shifts
- Assistant Chef:
- Support our chef in prepping, cooking, and plating a range of dishes
- Check ingredients for freshness and maintain top-notch food safety standards
- Lend a hand with kitchen organization and contribute your ideas for new specials
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role—ideally in busy cafes or restaurants
- Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene
- Friendly communication skills, with some Arabic or English for customer interaction
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team
- Asian nationality, preferably Nepalese or Myanmar, as per our hiring needs
Nice-to-Haves
- Barista skills like latte art or familiarity with manual brewing methods
- Interest in trying out new recipes or menu items
- A knack for staying calm when things get busy
