About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it takes to lead a thriving beauty center right in the heart of Abu Dhabi? As our next Beauty Center Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations, with a unique chance to shape the client and team experience in one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods. If you find yourself excited by the blend of creativity, leadership, and business growth (and love a good challenge), this opportunity may have your name written all over it.

About the Company

Nestled on Suez Street in Al Khalidiyah, our beauty center has become something of a local haven—a place where regulars come not just for the latest treatments, but for a genuine sense of belonging. Our close-knit team supports each other like family, and we champion fresh ideas and a spirit of innovation. Growth is on the horizon; we’re building on our reputation and looking for a manager ready to put her stamp on the next chapter. (Yes, our team coffee breaks are legendary, and new playlists for the salon are always welcome.)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the daily operations of the beauty center, ensuring both staff and clients feel welcome and cared for
  • Selecting, interviewing, and hiring passionate professionals who bring talent and good vibes to the team
  • Collaborating with staff to foster a culture of positivity, professionalism, and continuous learning
  • Developing and implementing strategies that grow the business—from promotional campaigns to client loyalty programs
  • Overseeing inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to keep the center running smoothly
  • Handling schedules, performance feedback, and team training to make sure everyone’s always improving (and having fun)
  • Proactively addressing client concerns, always seeking ways to improve the customer experience
  • Keeping up with industry trends and competitors, so we stay one step ahead in style and service

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Hands-on experience managing a beauty salon or center, with a portfolio of happy clients and successful teams
  • Confident decision-making skills, especially when it comes to hiring and building a cohesive team
  • A proven ability to strategize for business growth (revenue, client base, innovative services—you’ve done it)
  • Genuine passion for the beauty industry and a finger on the pulse of trends and customer expectations
  • Strong organizational chops, with an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality
  • Valid UAE residency

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in marketing or social media for beauty businesses
  • Familiarity with booking/CRM software specific to salons
  • Bilingual fluency (especially English and Arabic) is a plus

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Supportive, friendly team that believes in celebrating wins together
  • Opportunities for professional growth and attending industry workshops or events
  • Modern, well-equipped beauty center in a central Abu Dhabi location (no two days are ever the same)
  • Flexible approach to creativity—you’ll have room to experiment, suggest, and implement your own ideas

Your leadership won’t just keep the business humming—you’ll help make our center a place where clients (and staff) can’t wait to return. If you love creating environments where beauty and positivity flourish, we think you’ll feel right at home.
