What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests with a professional demeanor while ensuring only authorized patrons enter
- Checking IDs, verifying SIRA cards, and maintaining strict entry protocols
- Monitoring the crowd for safety issues or disturbances, and intervening calmly when needed
- Assisting guests and colleagues with any security-related concerns throughout the night
- Working closely with management and the bar team to keep the club environment safe and enjoyable
- Handling tense situations gracefully, de-escalating conflicts, and enforcing club policies
- Reporting incidents and maintaining clear communication with the team
- Remaining alert and proactive during your shift (8 PM to 4 AM), including weekends and busy event nights
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid Emirates ID and SIRA card (no exceptions)
- Proven experience in security, preferably in nightlife or hospitality
- Professional appearance and attitude — you know how to read a situation and act accordingly
- Tall stature (this is a key requirement for our club’s needs)
- Currently residing in Dubai and ready to start immediately
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Serious commitment — we’re looking for team players, not time-wasters
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience handling challenging or high-energy environments
- Familiarity with the Al Quoz area or Dubai’s club scene
- Basic first aid knowledge
