About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself quietly admiring a well-kept building and thinking, “That’s the work of someone who truly cares about the details”? As our new Building Supervisor in Ajman, you’ll have the chance to be that person — the go-to expert making sure everything runs smoothly, from daily cleaning to urgent repairs. If you’re someone who likes to see things in order and thrives when taking ownership of a property’s overall wellbeing, this is where you can really make an impact.
About the Company
We’re a property management team that believes well-kept buildings are more than just structures — they’re communities in action, shaping daily experiences for everyone inside. Here, you’ll join a collaborative, hands-on group that values practical problem-solving, clear communication, and pride in a job well done. We appreciate initiative and straightforwardness, and we genuinely support each other — whether it’s sharing coffee and updates in the break room, or working side-by-side to sort out that tricky water pump issue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the daily cleanliness and presentation of the property, ensuring every common area is guest-ready.
- Supervise onsite cleaning and maintenance teams, providing guidance and setting quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to flag any issues — from scuffed paint to malfunctioning elevators — before they become bigger headaches.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers for both routine check-ups and unexpected repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and building supplies.
- Be on-call for emergencies and coordinate immediate response — whether it’s a burst pipe or a power outage.
- Foster open communication with tenants, handling their requests and concerns thoughtfully and promptly.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in building supervision, facilities management, or a similar hands-on leadership role.

- Ability to respond to emergencies outside typical hours when needed.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with property management software.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial buildings in the UAE.
