About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever considered what it takes to help a team run smoothly from behind the scenes? We’re currently searching for a Bus Supervisor to join our growing company here in Oud Metha, Dubai. Whether you’ve set foot in the UAE job market before or not, this might be the fresh start you’ve been looking for. With all the essentials like a two-year residency permit and plenty of support along the way, this is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of a team that values people and smooth operations.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit group, always striving to make our mark in the bustling heart of Dubai. While our operations may be fast-paced, our work environment is warm, friendly, and supportive. Shared morning coffees, birthdays celebrated together, and that feeling when everyone pulls together to get the job done right — those little things matter to us. We believe in welcoming new perspectives, sharing knowledge, and making every day a bit better for each other.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily bus schedules to make sure everything runs right on time (because we all know delays are nobody’s cup of tea).
  • Ensuring passenger safety by monitoring boarding, seating, and disembarkation.
  • Communicating clearly with drivers, parents, and management — you’ll often be the go-to person when there’s a question or concern.
  • Keeping detailed records of bus routes, attendance, and any incidents that pop up during routes.
  • Handling minor conflicts among passengers with a calm, friendly attitude.
  • Reporting vehicle issues or safety concerns promptly to the relevant departments.
  • Lending a hand during emergencies by following company safety protocols.
  • Occasionally helping out with other transport-related coordination as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • A responsible attitude and genuine care for the well-being of others.
    • Strong attention to detail for tracking schedules and safety protocols.
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (you’ll be talking to a lot of people!).
    • Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to a changing work environment.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure (because mornings can be hectic).
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous experience supervising groups or working in a transportation setting.
    • Basic computer or record-keeping skills.
    • Familiarity with Dubai’s roadways or neighborhoods.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 4,000–4,500 per month.
  • Two-year residency permit (with the option to renew down the road).
  • Full health insurance to keep you covered and cared for.
  • Clear, structured employment contract for peace of mind.
  • Friendly, collaborative team environment — you’re not just a number here.
  • Opportunities to grow within a supportive company.
  • A chance to experience Dubai’s vibrant lifestyle while building your career.
  • Additional company benefits (ask us about staff gatherings and recognition programs!).
  • Convenient Oud Metha location, easily accessible by public transport.

You’ll find that, here, hard work is recognized and every team member matters. If you’re ready for a new challenge, we’d be delighted to get to know you.
