About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it takes to keep a mini-community running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Camp Boss with Federal Security Services LLC, you’ll be the linchpin of our Dubai accommodation facilities — orchestrating daily life so employees feel right at home. This is more than just an operations gig; it’s about people, pride, and the little details that turn a collection of rooms into a community. Especially now, as Dubai’s industry gears up and workforce management becomes ever more vital, your organizational flair and commitment will make all the difference.

About Federal Security Services LLC

At Federal Security Services LLC, we’re known for a bold promise: looking after people — their safety, their comfort, and their sense of belonging. With a reputation built on reliability and respect, we’ve grown into one of Dubai’s trusted partners for facility and workforce management. Our teams are diverse, closely knit, and maybe a bit competitive during our monthly table tennis throwdowns (you’ve been warned). While we’re serious about high standards, you’ll find us equally passionate about celebrating a successful week over karak in the break room.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling the day-to-day operations of camp accommodations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Inspecting facilities regularly to maintain top-notch cleanliness, safety, and discipline in line with company standards.
  • Managing check-ins, check-outs, and keeping accurate logs of room allocations — no one gets left out or doubled up.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for residents’ queries, requests, and the occasional “where’s my laundry?” moment.
  • Coordinating smoothly with HR and Operations to anticipate needs, whether it’s new arrivals, maintenance, or special requirements.
  • Supervising support staff (cleaners, cooks, maintenance workers), offering guidance and an encouraging nudge as needed.
  • Enforcing camp rules firmly yet fairly, maintaining harmony while keeping an eye out for everyone’s well-being.
  • Overseeing inventory of supplies and working with vendors for smooth provisioning — from a/c filters to fresh grocery deliveries.
  • Leading daily briefings and periodic inspections, making sure standards aren’t just met, but exceeded.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience as a Camp Boss, Accommodation Supervisor, or similar role — ideally in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and keep your cool under pressure.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
  • People-first attitude, balancing discipline with approachability.
  • Eye for detail regarding health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools for recordkeeping and reporting.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and local accommodation regulations.
  • Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu language skills.
  • Prior work in the security or facilities management sector.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, on-time salary with room for progression.
  • Free accommodation and meals — your home away from home is covered.
  • Annual tickets and paid leave, so you’re cared for both on and off the job.
  • A diverse, supportive team that feels more like family.
  • Open-door management style and regular feedback sessions.
  • Opportunities to make a meaningful difference in daily lives and company culture.

We know the little things matter, from a clean room to a friendly “good morning.” If you’re ready to keep our camp thriving, we can’t wait for you to bring your energy and expertise to the team.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 4,000 to 6,000 AED per month for a Camp Boss role in Dubai, especially with prior UAE or GCC experience. Similar positions in facility management often include free accommodation and meals in addition to the monthly salary, which adds significant value to the overall package. Considering your responsibilities for operations, supervision, and resident welfare, aiming within this range is reasonable for the current UAE market.
