About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction Paragraph
Ever thought about what it takes to keep Dubai’s fleet of luxury cars looking showroom-fresh under the unrelenting sun? We’re on the hunt for a Car Wash Agent with real hands-on experience — someone who knows their way around a bucket, a pressure washer, and a mobile setup. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to work with a team that treats every vehicle like it just rolled off the lot. If you’ve got the grit and the shine, we’ve got the spot for you.
About the Company
We’re a growing mobile car wash service operating across Dubai, bringing the sparkle directly to our clients’ doorsteps — whether that’s a villa in Jumeirah or a busy office parking lot in Business Bay. Our team is small but mighty, and we pride ourselves on punctuality, attention to detail, and a no-drama work culture. Most of our crew lives in Sharjah, and we’ve built a system that actually works for them.
Friday mornings? Those are our busiest — and honestly, the most satisfying. There’s something about watching a dusty SUV turn heads again that never gets old.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Wash, rinse, and hand-dry vehicles at client locations across Dubai — no fixed wash bay, just you, your kit, and the open road.
- Handle mobile car wash equipment with care: pressure washers, water tanks, vacuums, and the occasional stubborn bug splatter.
- Interact with customers politely and professionally — a smile goes a long way when you’re working on someone’s pride and joy.
- Keep your assigned vehicle and equipment clean, stocked, and ready for the next job.
- Report any damages or issues immediately — honesty is non-negotiable here.
- Occasionally help train new team members once you’ve mastered the mobile routine.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience washing cars — whether at a station, dealership, or another mobile service.
- Valid UAE driving license (manual or automatic, but you need to be comfortable on Dubai roads).
- Valid passport (we’ll need a clear copy for onboarding).
- Residence in Sharjah — housing is provided, so you’ll be close to the team.
- Physically fit and ready to work outdoors in Dubai’s heat (we provide water and breaks, obviously).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with mobile car wash setups or water recycling systems.
- Basic English or Arabic — enough to greet clients and take simple instructions.
- A knack for spotting swirl marks before the customer does.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Attitude and reliability often beat a perfect résumé.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Housing is available — no scrambling for a bed space or commuting from Ajman.
- Base salary of 1,500 AED plus commission on every paid wash above the daily target — your hustle directly boosts your paycheck.
- Work across Dubai’s coolest neighborhoods, not stuck in one dusty garage.
- Team lunches on Fridays, and yes, the boss occasionally picks up the tab.
- We promote from within — several of our senior washers started exactly where you are now.
This isn’t a corporate gig with a thousand rules. It’s a tight crew that works hard, laughs often, and takes pride in making cars gleam. If that sounds like your kind of workplace, we’re already excited to meet you.
To move forward, please send clear images of:
- Your accommodation (current or provided)
- Your valid passport
Send them to the contact provided — we’ll take it from there.
