About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be an essential part of a fast-growing supply chain team in the UAE? We’re looking for dedicated Warehouse Helpers to join us and help keep things moving behind the scenes. Whether you’re looking to gain GCC work experience, further your career in logistics, or simply ready for a new adventure, this could be a chance to make your mark and build something meaningful.
About the Company
At our company, we believe hands-on teamwork is the heartbeat of every bustling warehouse. With a diverse crew from all over the world, we’re steadily expanding our operations across the UAE — and proud of it! It’s busy, supportive, and frankly, there’s never a dull day. We get the job done, but we also make time for a laugh in the break room or a shared meal after a long shift. Our management values fair opportunities, safety, and the little things that turn colleagues into friends.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Unloading, sorting, and organizing goods arriving at the warehouse — it’s never the same cargo twice.
- Assisting with inventory counts so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
- Preparing orders for outgoing shipment, making sure everything’s secure and accurate.
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
- Lifting, moving, and stacking various items (some days boxes, other days bigger shipments).
- Following safety procedures and reporting any issues that come up.
- Pitching in wherever help is needed — sometimes deliveries, sometimes helping in the kitchen.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Physical fitness and stamina (there’s a lot of moving around and lifting).
- The willingness to learn quickly and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Team spirit — we’re all about having each other’s backs.
- Basic understanding of safety and following simple instructions.
- Able to commit to a 2-year renewable employment visa.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous warehouse or helper experience (in any country).
- Familiarity with kitchen or facility work is a plus but not required.
- Conversational English or Hindi/Urdu.
Not sure you tick every single box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary: AED 1200 monthly.
- Fully covered employment visa: 2 years, renewable.
- Medical insurance — your health matters to us.
- Company-provided accommodation (you’ll have a comfortable place to stay).
- Shared kitchen facilities — make it feel like home.
- Transport between your accommodation and the warehouse.
- Annual paid leave as per UAE law.
- Return ticket home provided by the company every completed contract.
- Multi-national, inclusive team culture — you’ll make friends from all around the globe.
We know starting in a new country can be a big step, but here, you won’t have to do it alone. Our team supports each other every step of the way, and we can’t wait to welcome you onboard.
