Position Overview

We are excited to welcome a dedicated female cashier to our newly launched cafeteria located in the vibrant Electra area of Abu Dhabi. This role is central to our commitment to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest who walks through our doors. As a cashier, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate transactions, fostering positive interactions, and upholding the high standards of service that define our brand.

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, your daily activities will include:

• Welcoming Customers: Greet every guest with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude, ensuring each customer feels valued from the moment they arrive.
• Order Processing: Accurately take customer orders, communicate any special requests to the kitchen staff, and confirm order details to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Handling Payments: Process cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently and securely, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded.
• Maintaining the Cash Register: Count cash at the beginning and end of each shift, keep the register area tidy, and reconcile any discrepancies with management promptly.
• Providing Product Information: Answer customer inquiries about menu items, specials, and promotions, offering recommendations when appropriate.
• Ensuring Cleanliness: Keep the cashier counter and surrounding areas clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to streamline service and create a seamless dining experience.
• Assisting with Inventory: Help monitor stock levels of items at the counter, such as takeaway bags and utensils, and notify management when replenishments are needed.
