What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers with a welcoming attitude and assisting them at the checkout counter
  • Accurately processing cash, card, and sometimes credit transactions
  • Ensuring all receipts, invoices, and records are up-to-date and organized
  • Handling returns or exchanges with patience and professionalism
  • Keeping your workspace tidy and fully stocked with supplies
  • Collaborating with sales and warehouse teams to answer customer questions about products or order statuses
