What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Driver (3-Ton Vehicle):
Safely transport materials and equipment to project sites, keep logs updated, and help with loading/unloading as needed. - Ceramic Tile Workers:
Measure, cut, and lay tiles with precision; mix adhesives, ensure smooth finishes, and handle repairs or adjustments on site. - Block Masons:
Lay concrete blocks with attention to alignment and structure, mix mortar, and collaborate with site supervisors to meet project specs. - Plastering Workers:
Prepare walls and ceilings, apply plaster coats evenly, and ensure a clean, finished look on every project. - Electricians:
Install wiring, outlets, and lighting; troubleshoot issues; adhere strictly to safety protocols and electrical codes. - Plumbing Technicians:
Fit and repair pipes, install fixtures, test water systems, and respond quickly to on-site challenges. - Building Steel Fixers:
Cut, bend, and fix steel bars for reinforcement; read drawings; coordinate closely with the concrete team. - Building Carpenters:
Construct formwork, doors, frames, and partitions; interpret plans; maintain tools and workspace. - Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a tidy, respectful job site.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to keep projects on track for timely completion.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in the relevant trade (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards
- Physical stamina and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- For Drivers: Valid UAE driving license for relevant vehicle class
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
- Previous experience on large-scale construction projects
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
