What You’ll Be Doing
- Applying your expertise in masonry, plastering, tabook, or ceramic work on a variety of residential and commercial projects
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans to ensure precise execution
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Maintaining equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency on-site
- Proactively identifying and resolving any on-site challenges as they arise
- Upholding strict safety and cleanliness standards throughout all phases of construction
- Taking pride in delivering finished work that meets—and often exceeds—client expectations
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in at least one of the following: Mason, Plaster, Tabook, or Ceramic work
- Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up, get the job done, and support your team
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing project needs
- Willingness to start immediately and commit to high-quality results
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in the UAE or on similar regional projects
- Familiarity with site safety regulations and best practices
