About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it feels like to be at the heart of a bustling food factory in Dubai, where every box you pack, load, or unload directly supports families around the city? We’re looking for Food Packing Helpers, Warehouse Helpers, and Laborers—with a big emphasis on energy, teamwork, and the ability to get things done. If you’re already in the UAE and ready to jump into action, this could be your next big step!
About the Company
We’re a fast-growing player in Dubai’s food manufacturing sector, with a factory in Al Quoz that’s alive with activity, day in and day out. Think of us as a big (sometimes noisy, always friendly) team, all pulling together to get quality food from production lines to shelves across the city. Our culture? Down-to-earth, supportive, and practical—we look out for each other, celebrate small wins, and don’t mind rolling up our sleeves for a bit of hard work. Coffee breaks rarely last long here, but you’ll never be short of helping hands or friendly faces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with packing food items into boxes, containers, or pallets—accuracy and care make a real difference here.
- Helping in the warehouse: storing, organizing, and moving goods to keep things running smoothly.
- Loading and unloading deliveries—sometimes it’s heavy, sometimes it’s light, but it’s always a team effort.
- Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and up to food safety standards.
- Pitching in wherever needed—one day you might be labeling packages, the next helping set up the next shift.
- Supporting quality checks—if something doesn’t look right, you’ll let your supervisor know.
- Being open to working different shifts as the factory needs.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re inside the UAE and can join immediately.
- Physically fit, ready for active, on-your-feet work.
