About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about being at the heart of how a business really runs? If you thrive in organized chaos, love working with a team, and want a job where every day is a little bit different, you might just find your next adventure as part of our warehouse crew in bustling Deira, Dubai. We’re on the lookout for Warehouse Staff, Warehouse Assistants, and Supervisors who are already in the UAE and ready to roll up their sleeves. With stable pay and real support, this could be your chance to step confidently into Dubai’s vibrant logistics scene.
About the Company
At our recruitment firm, we believe getting a good job is a life-changer. Think of us as your guide into one of the city's busiest warehouse operations — a place where teamwork runs deep and reliability is the real currency. Here, staff come from all over the world (we really mean any nationality!) but share a single goal: keeping things moving so businesses (and careers) can grow. Whether you’re just starting out or have logistics experience, you’ll find colleagues who respect hard work, share daily meals, and swap stories in breakrooms that sometimes feel more like a home kitchen than a warehouse.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the daily receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods — yes, physical activity will keep you on your toes!
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, checking shipments, and reporting discrepancies.
- Organizing stock and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are followed (we’re a team, so you’ll never clean alone).
- Using warehouse equipment safely — from manual tools to warehouse trolleys.
- Supporting your supervisor or, if you’re in a supervisory role, leading by example and mentoring new team members.
- Helping out with stock counts and ensuring orders go out on time — because meeting deadlines is everyone’s job.
- Chipping in wherever needed; some days move fast, and flexibility is our superpower.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently located in the UAE (all applications must come from inside the country).
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to handle daily warehouse tasks.
- A “team first” attitude with good communication skills — you don’t have to be a chatterbox, just clear and respectful.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed, including overtime occasionally.
- For supervisor roles: previous experience managing warehouse staff or similar logistics teams.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience (especially a plus for supervisor roles!)
- Basic computer or stock management software skills.
- Communicating in simple English or Hindi/Urdu/Arabic — multilingual teams are welcome!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
