As a Junior Civil Engineer based in Al Jerf Industrial 3, Ajman, you’ll have a front-row seat—and a real hand in making it happen. This is an opportunity tailor-made for fresh graduates who want to kickstart their career with hands-on experience in site management and construction coordination. If you thrive on solving real-world problems and want to learn the craft from the ground up, you’ll feel right at home here.

About the Company

We’re a dynamic construction firm known for transforming ambitious ideas into tangible landmarks across Ajman and the UAE. Our team brings together energetic professionals—everyone from veteran engineers to enthusiastic newcomers—each united by a passion for quality and growth. Here, open communication, knowledge sharing, and afternoon tea breaks aren’t just perks—they’re woven into our daily routine. You’ll find your voice is valued and your growth is a shared priority. Mondays might start early, but there’s always a buzz on site, and achievements—big or small—are never overlooked.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising daily activities at the project site, keeping a close eye on both big-picture progress and the smallest details.
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials, labor, and timelines come together seamlessly.
  • Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings so everyone’s building from the same page—literally!
  • Implementing quality control measures, checking that construction work meets standards and specifications.
  • Preparing regular progress reports for the project manager and flagging any roadblocks (or clever solutions) as they arise.
  • Supporting the senior engineering team by pitching in wherever you’re needed and picking up practical tips along the way.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates encouraged!)
  • Warm working knowledge of both Arabic and English—clarity matters on diverse job sites.
  • Comfortable using AutoCAD and MS Office for plans, diagrams, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure, even when multiple tasks or deadlines demand your attention.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous internship, course project, or part-time experience in construction.
  • A proactive, team-first attitude—you like to ask questions and aren’t afraid to lend a hand.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Mentorship from experienced engineers—we’re invested in guiding your growth from day one.
  • Competitive entry-level salary with regular performance reviews.
  • Opportunity to fast-track your learning; every day is different and there’s nowhere to hide (in a good way).
  • Team events, site walkthroughs, and opportunities to celebrate milestones together.
  • Supportive, friendly culture that prizes transparency and open dialogue.
  • Leave benefits and official holidays in line with UAE regulations.
  • A real chance to see your work take shape—this isn’t a desk-only job!

We believe great things start with junior talent who aren’t afraid to learn, collaborate, and grow. If that sounds like you, your first big step in civil engineering could begin right here.
