What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the on-site supervision and management of swimming pool construction projects, ensuring every phase meets our high standards
- Interpreting and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and designs — double-checking details to avoid surprises down the line
- Acting as the bridge between clients and construction teams, translating client visions into practical, buildable solutions
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources, and proposing adjustments when agile thinking is required
- Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to keep everything running smoothly
- Providing technical guidance and solving on-site challenges as they arise (we value creative, engineering-first solutions)
- Ensuring all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with swimming pool or water feature construction — not just general civil works
- Solid grasp of project management and site supervision within the UAE construction sector
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and question technical drawings and specifications
- Clear, respectful communication skills, whether that's with clients, labor teams, or consultants
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills a plus
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with luxury or bespoke swimming pool design/construction
