What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing villa construction projects from initial planning all the way to handover.
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, progress reports, and budgets.
- Liaising with clients to understand their vision and manage expectations throughout the build.
- Troubleshooting on-site challenges—sometimes in real time, sometimes over a strong cup of tea.
- Ensuring that every completed villa meets our quality benchmarks and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing residential construction projects, ideally villas.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Strong communication skills—in person, on paper, and over WhatsApp.
- Ability to lead site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in Sharjah or the wider UAE.
- Familiarity with local permitting processes and regulatory requirements.
