What You’ll Be Doing
Roles available right now include Civil Foreman, Welders, Electricians, Construction Helpers, Plumbers, and Painters. Day to day, here’s how you might be rolling up your sleeves:
- Working on-site with a diverse, tight-knit team to turn blueprints and plans into the real deal.
- Operating specialty tools and machinery relevant to your trade—keeping safety and quality front of mind.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings (for Foremen, Electricians, and Welders).
- Coordinating tasks and supporting supervisors in maintaining workflow and project deadlines.
- Assisting with site setup, cleanups, and materials handling (Construction Helpers and general support roles).
- Troubleshooting on the go, problem-solving as issues arise (no day is ever quite the same).
- Contributing to a positive team environment where everyone looks out for each other’s safety and success.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Willingness to work in Dubai’s fast-paced construction sector—energy, reliability, and a good work ethic go a long way.
- Relevant experience for skilled roles (Foreman, Welder, Electrician, Plumber, Painter)—but eager freshers and quick learners are also encouraged for helper positions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and respect a multicultural team.
- Eligibility to relocate and join immediately.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on local or similar projects.
- Formal training or certifications in your trade.
