What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading end-to-end management of building and infrastructure projects—think everything from initial proposals to handover.
  • Collaborating closely with clients (including major industry names) to ensure all requirements are fully understood and delivered.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring everyone is in sync and motivated to achieve project goals.
  • Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as needed to keep things on track.
  • Monitoring site progress, safety compliance, and quality standards to ensure we deliver nothing short of excellence.
  • Preparing and presenting project documentation, progress reports, and proposals for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Troubleshooting challenges as they arise—because in construction, there’s always something new to solve.
  • Representing the company in client meetings, site visits, and key handover moments.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience managing building and/or infrastructure projects, ideally in Abu Dhabi.
  • Direct exposure to projects with Musanada, ADNOC, Aldar, or Provis.
  • Strong understanding of local contracting processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent team leadership and client communication skills.
  • Ability to start immediately or within 1–2 weeks.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Engineering degree (Civil, Construction Management, or related field).
  • Experience with road construction and proposal management.
  • Comfortable with project management tools and software.
