What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end management of building and infrastructure projects—think everything from initial proposals to handover.
- Collaborating closely with clients (including major industry names) to ensure all requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring everyone is in sync and motivated to achieve project goals.
- Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as needed to keep things on track.
- Monitoring site progress, safety compliance, and quality standards to ensure we deliver nothing short of excellence.
- Preparing and presenting project documentation, progress reports, and proposals for both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Troubleshooting challenges as they arise—because in construction, there’s always something new to solve.
- Representing the company in client meetings, site visits, and key handover moments.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience managing building and/or infrastructure projects, ideally in Abu Dhabi.
- Direct exposure to projects with Musanada, ADNOC, Aldar, or Provis.
- Strong understanding of local contracting processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent team leadership and client communication skills.
- Ability to start immediately or within 1–2 weeks.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Engineering degree (Civil, Construction Management, or related field).
- Experience with road construction and proposal management.
- Comfortable with project management tools and software.
