What You’ll Be Doing
- Championing a culture of safety by leading toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-the-ground coaching sessions
- Monitoring daily site activities to ensure strict adherence to ADNOC and company safety protocols
- Conducting regular safety audits and inspections—then rolling up your sleeves to close out any gaps
- Investigating incidents and near-misses, delivering clear reports and actionable recommendations
- Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and project teams to integrate safety into every task
- Keeping meticulous safety records (because details matter when it comes to compliance)

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a Safety Officer in the oil and gas industry
- ADNOC approval (essential for this role—no exceptions)
- Solid grasp of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk mitigation techniques
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to speak up and the empathy to listen
- Ability to implement, monitor, and enforce safety procedures in a field environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certifications
