What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring a team of cleaning staff—setting positive examples each shift
- Assigning daily cleaning schedules and monitoring quality of work throughout assigned areas
- Training new staff members and promoting best practices in cleaning and sanitation
- Inspecting rooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and shared spaces with a critical eye for detail
- Addressing and responding to cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintaining clear records for supplies, schedules, and team performance
- Ensuring all cleaning activities adhere to company standards and regulatory health & safety policies
- Communicating any repair needs or hazards to the facilities manager with urgency
- Offering feedback, support, and guidance so your team feels confident and valued
What You’ll Bring

- Prior supervisory experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments
