Ever find yourself noticing the smallest details others might miss? If leading by example and creating spotless spaces sounds like your kind of challenge, our Cleaning Supervisor role might be just the next step you’re looking for. In this position, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring our spaces don’t just look clean—they truly feel fresh, safe, and welcoming for everyone who visits. This is more than managing mops and brooms; it’s about pride in every corner, supporting your team, and keeping our environments exceptional.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit facilities team within a growing company that never underestimates the value of a clean, well-kept space. You’ll find us swapping stories during morning briefings and sharing a laugh over Friday afternoon coffee—cleaning may be serious work, but that doesn’t mean we take ourselves too seriously. Our group respects hard work, celebrates a job well done, and is always quick to lend a helping hand. Consistency is important to us, but we welcome bright ideas on how to make old routines work even better.

  • Proven ability to motivate a team and resolve on-the-job challenges
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to high standards
  • Comfort with basic recordkeeping, schedules, and supply management
  • Willingness to occasionally roll up your sleeves and help out on the front lines

Nice-to-Haves

  • Certification in cleaning or sanitation procedures
  • Familiarity with green cleaning practices
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities
  • Experience with scheduling software or digital reporting tools

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly and always on time
  • Genuine respect and recognition for your leadership—people notice your work
  • Supportive team environment where every member’s voice matters
  • Opportunities to grow your skill set, including training and advancement
  • Modern equipment and supplies (because a job done well deserves the right tools)
  • Flexible scheduling—life happens, we get it
  • Employee appreciation days and small team celebrations (think pizza, not pizza parties)
