About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself looking out over an active job site and feeling right at home amidst the daily hustle? If the idea of steering a crew through the ins and outs of construction projects excites you, we’d like to meet you. We're seeking a seasoned Foreman to join our team and provide hands-on leadership across several dynamic sites in Al Aweer, Madinat Hind, and Al Yalayis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on keeping projects on track, loves the challenge of coordinating multiple disciplines, and wants to make a tangible impact in Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline.
About the Company
We’re a well-established, Dubai-based construction company with deep roots in the city’s growth story. Our team is a tight-knit blend of veterans and energetic newcomers, all sharing one thing in common: a pride in seeing our projects stand the test of time. We believe in the power of clear communication, hands-on collaboration, and celebrating both the grand openings and the smaller, everyday victories—like that first flawless concrete pour or the end-of-week team barbecue. Here, leadership isn’t just a role, it’s a mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations for assigned projects, with a strong presence on-site from start to finish.
- Supervising and supporting work in finishing, concrete, plumbing, and electrical phases—no two days look quite the same.
- Coordinating schedules, materials, and manpower to keep progress smooth and efficient.
- Acting as the point person between site workers and management, ensuring everyone’s in sync and safety standards are followed.
- Spotting potential issues before they snowball—solving problems is second nature to you.
- Keeping accurate, timely records of work completed and reporting back to project managers as needed.
- Leading by example (yes, sometimes rolling up your sleeves!) and fostering an accountable, collaborative work culture.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of foreman experience on UAE construction sites (finishing, concrete, plumbing & electrical works).
- Solid site management and team supervision skills—people trust and respect your judgment.
- High standards of responsibility and commitment—locking up at night means something to you.
- Valid UAE Driving License—mobility between our sites is key.
- Valid UAE Residence Visa.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background working across multiple project types or locations in Dubai.
- A knack for motivating teams from diverse backgrounds.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, reliable salary—your experience is valued here.
- Transportation allowance to help you cover ground between sites.
- The camaraderie of a crew that’s as serious about project excellence as they are about team spirit.
- A supportive management team that’s always a phone call away, not a world apart.
- Career growth—opportunities to step up and lead larger projects as you prove yourself.
- Open door policy—your input and ideas matter, whether it’s about site safety or Friday lunch spots.
- We value work-life balance, and you’ll never be just a number to us.
You’ll enjoy the best of working on major projects without losing the close-knit feel of a family-run company. If you’re ready to lead with heart and expertise, this could be the perfect next step in your journey.
