What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled workers and supervisors with day-to-day site tasks — think carrying materials, mixing cement, and tidying up work areas.
- Loading and unloading supplies, tools, and equipment safely.
- Following safety guidelines closely to keep yourself and your teammates protected.
- Taking directions from team leads and adapting to the needs of each shift — work can change fast on site!
- Helping keep the accommodation and shared spaces clean and organized.
- Pitching in wherever needed — sometimes it’s supporting a new worker, sometimes it’s getting a job done faster.
