About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself admiring a beautifully finished floor or a perfectly crafted custom interior and wondered, “Who made this look so good?” If so, you might just fit in with us. We’re currently searching for skilled professionals in Dubai’s Al Quoz area — Carpet Installers, Vinyl Flooring Installers, Finishing Carpenters, Flooring Salesmen, Upholstery Salesmen, and Fitouts Sales Engineers — all with a passion for turning spaces into something truly special. Each of these roles plays a key part in delivering the quality and innovation our clients expect and deserve in Dubai’s thriving interiors and fit-outs market.
About the Company
Step inside our company and you’ll sense it: we take pride in lasting craftsmanship with a distinctly modern twist. Our team is a lively mix of seasoned industry pros and up-and-coming talent, united by a commitment to excellence and a shared appreciation for good coffee (yes, our break room conversations often revolve around whose work boots lasted the longest). We’ve grown fast over the past few years, thanks in part to a reputation for delivering projects that not only look stunning but stand the test of time. Collaboration is in our DNA — our fitouts, sales, and installation teams work hand-in-hand to create beautiful results and lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
Carpet Installer:
- Deliver precise, high-quality carpet installations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Dubai.
- Tackle subfloor preparation, measurement, and layout to ensure perfect fit and finish every time.
- Recommend solutions for tricky corners or unexpected on-site surprises — you’re the expert, after all.
- Work closely with the team to keep projects on schedule and clients happy.
Vinyl Flooring Installer:
- Install luxury vinyl tiles, sheets, and planks with an eye for detail and durability.
- Handle cutting, shaping, and seamless joining — your craftsmanship should speak for itself.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot subfloor or moisture issues before they become problems.
- Keep installations tidy, efficient, and up to our high standards.
Finishing Carpenter:
- Take on bespoke trim, molding, and finish carpentry work as part of wider fitout projects.
- Interpret detailed plans or client requests to create custom solutions.
- Ensure every detail — from joinery lines to material choice — meets our quality benchmarks.
- Contribute ideas at team huddles; we love a fresh perspective on classic woodworking challenges.
Flooring Salesman & Upholstery Salesman:
- Engage visitors and clients in our showroom, sharing your product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions (not just “what’s on offer”).
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and keep communication friendly and professional throughout.
- Stay updated on new arrivals and industry trends so you can sell with confidence.
Fitouts Sales Engineer:
- Nurture relationships with contractors, architects, and direct clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, presentations, and technical insights.
- Visit client sites to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with installation and project management teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in your field (carpet installation, vinyl flooring, finishing carpentry, sales, or sales engineering).
- Strong technical know-how relevant to your specialty — whether you’re rolling out carpet or breaking down fitout specs.
- Comfortable working on-site in Dubai, mainly around Al Quoz.
- Ability to troubleshoot, improvise, and deliver results even when projects get complicated.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a multifaceted team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on high-end or bespoke commercial/residential projects.
- Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are always a plus in our diverse market).
- Natural flair for customer service or design.
- Familiarity with digital project management tools.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
- Steady, year-round projects with a reliable and trusted local employer.
- Friendly, supportive colleagues — we genuinely celebrate each other’s wins.
- Ongoing training and skills development (because there’s always something new in interiors).
- Clean, organized workshop and showroom spaces, with all the tools you need.
- Flexible, respectful approach to time off and family commitments — we know life happens outside work.
- Opportunities for career progression as we continue to grow.
Many of us came for the reputation — but stayed for the camaraderie. If you’re ready to leave your mark on Dubai’s interiors, we can’t wait to meet you.
