What You’ll Be Doing
- Packing orders and purchases with care and speed, making sure every item leaves in perfect condition
- Assisting shoppers and staff by moving trolleys where they’re needed—sometimes it’s a quick dash, sometimes a steady routine
- Keeping packing stations and trolley areas organized, tidy, and ready for action at all times
- Pitching in with basic stock organization or helping restock supplies for packing
- Supporting your teammates—we’re all about getting through rush periods together
- Following health, safety, and hygiene guidelines (and reminding others, too, when needed)
- You’ll often be on your feet, moving around different areas of the mall, so bring your best energy each day!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A strong work ethic and readiness to take on a physically active role
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or busy evenings (it’s retail, after all)
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with people from different backgrounds
- Basic understanding of English (for safety and team communication)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in packing, customer support, or handling trolleys
- Familiarity with Dubai Mall or other large retail environments
- A knack for multitasking when things get busy (because they will)
