What You'll Be Doing
- Electricians: Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on active construction sites — wiring, conduits, panels, the works. You'll read drawings, spot problems before they become hazards, and keep everything up to code.
- Plumbers: Laying out and installing pipe systems, fittings, and fixtures across residential and commercial projects. From rough-ins to final connections, your work keeps buildings functional.
- Ducting Workers: Fabricating and installing HVAC ductwork — measuring, cutting, assembling, and sealing. If you've got an eye for precision and a steady hand with sheet metal, you'll feel right at home.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to keep projects moving on schedule.
- Follow safety protocols — not because someone's watching, but because it's how professionals operate.
What You'll Bring
