What You'll Be Doing
- Plaster Masters: Carry out full plastering and preparation works to a high standard — from surface prep through to that final, seamless finish.
- Operate plastering machines confidently and safely (if you've only ever worked by hand, this one's not for you).
- Read the site, prep surfaces properly, and know exactly what each wall or ceiling needs before you start.
- Ceramic Tile Fixers: Install ceramic tiles with precision — walls, floors, and everything in between.
- Keep your work clean, level, and consistent, because a crooked grout line is the first thing anyone notices.
- Work alongside other trades on site and keep the job moving without cutting corners.

- Proven, hands-on experience as a Plaster Master or Ceramic Tile Fixer — we're hiring skilled tradespeople, not helpers.
- For plaster roles: real experience operating plastering machines.
- For ceramic roles: solid experience in ceramic installation with work you're proud to show.

- Ability to work on-site in the UAE.
