Who We Are
We're a Sharjah-based contracting outfit with our office in Al Qasimia, and we've built our reputation the slow way — one solid job at a time. No bloated corporate layers here. The people running the sites are the same people you'll talk to when something needs sorting out. What You'll Be Doing
- Welders: Reading drawings and fabricating metal structures, frames, and fittings with clean, strong welds that pass inspection.
- Plumbers: Installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply and drainage systems across residential and commercial sites.
- Masons: Laying blocks, bricks, and stonework, plus plastering and finishing to spec.
- Carpenters: Handling formwork, shuttering, and finishing carpentry — precision matters here.
- Denters: Removing dents and reshaping panels, restoring surfaces to a smooth, paint-ready finish.
- Painters & Wall Painters: Prepping surfaces, mixing the right shades, and delivering clean, even coats inside and out.
- General site support: Keeping the work moving, following safety rules, and pitching in when the team needs an extra pair of hands.
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience in your trade — we'll ask about it, so come ready to talk about your work.
- Ability to read basic drawings or follow instructions in your field.
- Reliability. Show up on time, finish what you start.
- Any visa status is fine — we'll sort out the paperwork either way.
Nice-to-Haves:
- A valid trade certificate or prior UAE/Gulf site experience.
- Ability to work with a mixed crew and take direction without friction.
- Willingness to move between sites as projects shift.
