What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily site operations for all tile installation works — from large-format floor tiles to intricate wall mosaics — ensuring the crew stays on schedule without cutting corners.
- Managing and directing workers on-site, assigning tasks based on skill level, and stepping in personally when a tricky layout or tricky cut needs an experienced hand.
- Reading and interpreting drawings — you’ll be the bridge between the technical plans and what actually happens on the floor, catching potential clashes before they become costly rework.
- Checking levels, alignment, and finishing quality at every stage. You’ll be the final filter — if it doesn’t look right to you, it doesn’t ship.
- Coordinating with project managers and other trade foremen to keep workflows moving smoothly without bottlenecks or finger-pointing.
- Enforcing safety and cleanliness standards on site — because a tidy site is a productive site, and nobody wants a trip hazard hiding under a pile of offcuts.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a tile installation foreman or senior supervisor on medium-to-large scale projects — we’re talking residential towers, commercial fit-outs, or similar.
- Deep knowledge of installation techniques — different tile types (porcelain, ceramic, natural stone), adhesives, substrates, and when to use what.
- Solid ability to read architectural and finishing drawings, with a sharp eye for dimensions and details others might skim over.

- UAE experience is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with equivalent Gulf experience who understand local site protocols and standards.
