About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Ras Al Khaimah Team — Multiple Entry-Level Skilled Labor Positions
Ever thought about putting your practical skills to work in a new setting, or maybe you’re ready for a change of scenery along with an honest day’s pay? We’re hiring beginner workers across several hands-on fields—construction, electricity, blacksmithing, ceramics, and cleaning—for exciting projects based in Al Maamoura, RAK. If you’ve got some experience with your hands and a passport in your pocket, this could be your next step.
About Us
We’re a government-backed mediation agency committed to connecting skilled workers—just like you—with trustworthy employers in Ras Al Khaimah. Our job is to make sure both sides get a fair deal. That means, you’ll have a support system in place before, during, and after your placement. We look after the paperwork, help with arrangements, and do our best to keep things running smoothly (let’s just say our WhatsApp never stays quiet for long). You can count on a transparent process—no surprises, just honest work with honest employers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your background, you’ll be matched to a team and a role that fits your experience best:
- Support skilled teams in one of these specialties: construction, basic electrical work, blacksmithing/metal work, ceramics tiling, or cleaning and maintenance.
- Pitch in on-site with daily tasks—lifting, carrying, cleaning, setting up tools, and whatever it takes to keep the job moving.
- Follow instructions from experienced supervisors and work alongside a crew that’s focused on quality and safety.
- Take care of tools and equipment—because in this line of work, they’re half the battle.
- Participate in basic safety routines and site briefings (we’re strict, but only because we care).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience—however basic—in at least one of the following: construction, electricity, blacksmithing, ceramics, or cleaning.
- Able to present your original passport (plus a copy sent to us before your first day).
- Reliable work ethic—you show up, you keep your word.
- Physically able to take on manual tasks (sometimes long days, sometimes under the sun).
- Willingness to live in shared accommodation.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Some spoken Arabic or English—it always helps, but it’s not mandatory.
- Team spirit and a positive attitude on the job site.
- Eagerness to learn from more experienced colleagues.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary of 1500 AED/month—paid on time, every month.
- Free shared accommodation—all taken care of, so you can focus on your work.
- Reliable government-mediation—we act as your advocate, making sure everything is fair and transparent.
- Stable work and steady hours in a growing part of Ras Al Khaimah.
- A welcoming team—you’ll never feel like just another number.
- Support with paperwork and initial setup so your transition is as smooth as possible.
We know moving for work is a big decision, but you’ll find plenty of folks here who started the same way—building futures, one project at a time. If you’re ready to get to work and be part of a team that values your effort, let’s talk.
