We’re a locally-rooted construction and maintenance company with a growing footprint across Ras Al-Khaimah. What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing interior and exterior surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, filling snags, and priming as needed
- Applying paint, varnishes, and specialty finishes with precision — roller, brush, or spray, as each job demands
- Following project specifications closely to ensure uniformity and top-tier finish quality
- Identifying and reporting issues such as cracks, dampness, or defects before painting
- Maintaining tools, materials, and workspace in clean, good working order at the end of each shift
- Touching up and performing snagging works as requested, often alongside fellow craftspeople
- Occasionally advising on color choices, if customers or supervisors ask — your expert eye is valued
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years’ experience in painting for construction, renovation, or maintenance projects
- Confidence preparing different substrates (brick, plaster, wood, etc.) and knowing which primer to use
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in achieving a smooth, professional finish
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE on site
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with decorative techniques (e.g., texture painting, faux finishes, stenciling)
- UAE Driving License
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
- Conversational English or Arabic is a plus (for easier team coordination)
