What You’ll Be Doing
- Scaffolder: Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures to ensure safe work access at various heights
- Carpenter: Measure, cut, and assemble wooden frameworks and structures for a range of building projects
- Plumber: Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and fixtures, with an eye for safety and efficiency
- Welder: Join metal parts and structures by welding, using industry-standard practices and safety protocols
- Mason: Lay bricks, blocks, and other materials to build walls and structures according to project specs
- Labor: Assist skilled workers, move materials, prepare worksites, and keep everything running smoothly
No two days are the same—expect hands-on tasks, learning by doing, and teamwork that keeps the site moving.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience in your trade (or a willingness to learn quickly for laborer roles)
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the country cannot be accepted)
- Basic understanding of safety practices on construction sites
- Physical fitness and stamina—this is real, hands-on work
