About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Construction Team in Dubai as a Site Labourer
Looking for steady work and a team that treats you like family? If you’re good with your hands, enjoy seeing real results at the end of a hard day, and want to help build Dubai’s future, this might just be the opportunity for you. We’re on the lookout for skilled labourers and helpers who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Whether you’re an experienced mason or just eager for honest, physical work – there’s a place for you with us.
About Us
Located right near Al Qiyadah Metro Station (Exit 2, Al Ittihad Street, Abu Hail), our construction company has grown to be a trusted name across Dubai. We’re not some faceless mega-corporation — you’ll get to know everyone on site, trades and all. Morning tea? That’s a daily ritual. Friday’s “good work” chats? Non-negotiable. Our crew works hard, but you’ll always find a friendly face willing to teach, lend a hand, or share a joke.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled tradesmen like masons, carpenters, and steel fixers on a variety of building projects.
- Carrying and moving construction materials across the job site (no two days, or floors, are the same).
- Using tools safely and following supervisors’ guidance for site operations.
- Helping keep the site neat and hazard-free — cleaning up debris, stacking materials, and tidying work areas.
- Supporting with mixing cement, cutting wood, tying rebar, or wiring as needed.
- Working closely with electricians, plumbers, and other specialists when extra hands are required.
- Reporting any safety concerns and actively contributing to a safe work environment.
- Taking on other general site duties as assigned; flexibility and teamwork are key here.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors, in heat, and on your feet most of the day.
- The willingness to learn new skills and tools on the job — attitude counts for a lot!
- Punctuality and reliability — our team depends on each other, every shift.
- Respect for safety protocols and the ability to follow clear instructions.
- Basic communication in English or Hindi/Urdu — safety first.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on a construction site or as a labourer/helper (but not required).
- Familiarity with specific tasks like masonry, steel fixing, carpentry, or electrical/plumbing work.
- Valid UAE work permit or ability to obtain one quickly.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
