What You’ll Be Doing
- Scouting out, negotiating, and closing deals for ASIC mining rigs (S19, S21, Hydro — and whatever’s next) locally and internationally.
- Inspecting hardware for condition, firmware version, and power consumption before purchase — no surprises allowed.
- Setting up mining rigs from scratch: think network configuration, electrical layout, and installing cooling solutions that actually keep things running.
- Overseeing daily mining operations, monitoring hash rates, power efficiency, and troubleshooting hiccups as they arise.
- Working closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and on-site teams to ensure smooth delivery, setup, and scaling.
- Keeping up with the latest mining trends, firmware updates, and best practices — and sharing your findings with the crew.
- Optimizing mining performance: tweaking settings, balancing loads, and hunting down any lost efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid hands-on experience with ASIC mining rigs (e.g., S19, S21, Hydro models).
- Comfort with hardware inspection, troubleshooting, and on-site testing.
- A knack for negotiation and deal-making — whether in the UAE, Kuwait, or halfway across the world.
- Strong understanding of network setup, basic electrical requirements, and cooling systems for mining environments.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently (and admit when you need a second opinion).
