What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging directly with customers — by phone, email, or in person — to answer questions, resolve issues, and create positive experiences
  • Handling inquiries with patience and professionalism, even on the busiest days
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system
  • Collaborating with your teammates to find creative solutions and improve our processes
  • Supporting Arabic-speaking customers (for certain roles), acting as a bridge between cultures and ensuring nothing gets lost in translation
  • Following up with clients to ensure their concerns are resolved and their expectations are exceeded
  • Sharing insights from customer interactions to help us continuously improve our service

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
    • Relevant customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centers, etc.)
    • A positive, solution-oriented attitude
