About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what happens behind the scenes when a hotel, airline, or government office delivers an exceptional experience? That’s where you come in. We’re on the lookout for driven Emirati women to step into roles that truly shape client satisfaction and operational excellence: Customer Service Quality, Corporate Sales (HORECA — that’s Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterers), and Human Resources & Admin. If you’re eager to make an impact and grow your career in a professional yet friendly environment, you might find your next great step with us at Dubai Investment Park 2.

About the Company

Our story is one of steady growth and a deep commitment to excellence in the fast-paced world of corporate services. We’re a tight-knit team that believes achievement feels even better with a little bit of fun — from our infamous Friday laughs to spontaneous team breakfasts. We work with some of the region’s top names in hospitality and government, but we’ve never lost the personal spirit that makes every day here a little different. Growth is on the menu, and so are real opportunities to learn, lead, and leave your mark.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, you might:

  • Deliver consistent, top-notch customer service—whether you’re supporting clients, guests, or partners, you’ll be the warm voice and proactive problem-solver making someone’s day run smoother.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality metrics, then collaborate across teams to make improvements that really stick.
  • Build relationships with key contacts across government entities, airlines, hotels, and caterers — understanding their needs, proposing smart solutions, and helping them achieve their business goals.
  • Drive corporate sales growth by identifying new opportunities, preparing tailored proposals, and ensuring our clients know exactly how we can help them shine.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes if you’re on the HR/Admin team: recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and celebrating new colleagues.
  • Coordinate admin support (think: streamlining paperwork, organizing records, and keeping operations running with reliable efficiency).
  • Contribute ideas and energy to a team that values continuous improvement, whether that means suggesting a new workflow or helping plan the next group outing.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Emirati Nationality (Female applicants only)
  • A friendly, professional attitude and outstanding communication skills (you’ll be the face and voice of our brand)
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and adapt in a busy, growth-focused business
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for tackling challenges head-on
  • English proficiency (Arabic is a big plus!)
  • Prior experience in customer service, corporate sales, or HR/admin (even an internship counts!)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with the HORECA sector, especially if you know how the industry ticks
  • Confident with common digital tools or CRM systems
  • A hunger for responsibility and a track record of stepping up when it matters

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, reviewed annually so your progress is rewarded
  • Annual bonus for hitting those stretch goals
  • Supportive team environment where mentorship and growth happen side by side
  • Opportunities to work with industry leaders — and learn from the best
  • Flexible working hours and a clear respect for work-life balance
  • Regular team gatherings (yes, there’s cake)
  • Easily accessible office in Dubai Investment Park 2, with amenities close by
  • Ongoing training to keep your skills fresh and your career moving forward

We believe that happy, engaged people build the best businesses. If you’re looking for a team where your effort actually matters and every day offers a chance to make an impact, you’ll feel right at home here.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For roles in customer service quality, corporate sales (HORECA), and HR/Admin at a mid-sized company in Dubai, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 7,000–10,000 AED, depending on your previous experience and specific responsibilities.
