What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately inputting patient and medical data into electronic systems with the utmost care
- Organizing, updating, and maintaining digital files so information is always easy to find
- Handling patient records and administrative data with strict attention to confidentiality
- Navigating medical software and standard office programs (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes at first)
- Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and admin staff to ensure smooth information flow
- Double-checking entries — because here, every detail matters
- Assisting with occasional scanning, archiving, and electronic document management
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
