What You’ll Be Doing
- Organizing, maintaining, and updating all company documents—think contracts, permits, client files, and more
- Ensuring that critical paperwork is accessible when needed (and never goes missing in action)
- Liaising with colleagues from different departments to gather, verify, and file documents correctly
- Supporting application processes for client and company licenses, permits, and renewals
- Taking ownership of document confidentiality and compliance with our internal procedures
- Contributing to process improvements—if you see a smarter way for us to handle records, speak up!

- Basic IT skills (comfortable with Word, Excel, scanning, etc.)
