About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself dreaming of a role where reliability and warmth are truly valued—and where your efforts genuinely shape a family’s daily life? As a domestic worker for a respected Emirati household in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi, you’ll be at the heart of a kind and welcoming home. This opportunity isn’t just about carrying out daily routines—it’s about making a genuine difference for a family that deeply appreciates support, energy, and integrity.
About the Family
Working with us means joining a close-knit, considerate family who treat their staff with respect and gratitude. We’re devoted to building a harmonious living environment and see our domestic team as an essential part of the household—not simply “the help.” Many members of our staff have stayed for years, often citing our culture of open communication and sincere appreciation. You’ll find that our home blends traditional Emirati hospitality with a modern approach to work-life balance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring living spaces are clean, tidy, and welcoming—think more “comfortable home” than “showroom”
- Preparing simple, nutritious meals and assisting with family dining as needed
- Managing laundry, ironing, and clothing care with attention to detail
- Supporting household routines—sometimes that means helping with guests, children, or errands
- Traveling with the family when required (yes, some adventures beyond Abu Dhabi await!)
- Lending a hand with anything else that supports a cheerful, well-run home
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Filipino nationality, up to 45 years old (for visa requirements)
- Energetic, friendly, and trustworthy personality—someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others
- Past experience in a domestic or similar service role
- Willingness to travel with the family—sometimes on short notice
- Ability to work with flexibility, discretion, and good humor
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with Emirati or multicultural households
- Basic cooking skills or a willingness to learn local recipes
- Conversational English or Arabic (not mandatory, but helpful)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive monthly salary, always paid on time
- Work visa provided and processed directly by the family—no agency fees or middlemen
- Private accommodation within the family’s home (shared with other domestic teammates)
- Supportive, respectful employers who value your wellbeing and contributions
- Regular time off and paid leave, with flexibility for emergencies
- Opportunities to accompany the family on local and international travel
We know that working away from home can be challenging, but you’ll find that we strive to make every team member feel just as valued as family. If you’re ready for a stable, friendly environment where your reliability and positivity make a real impact, we’d be delighted to meet you.
