About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
A Warm Welcome to Our Family — Housemaid/Nanny Needed in Business Bay
Ever wondered what it feels like to be the person a busy household simply couldn't run without? That's exactly the role we're hoping to fill. We're a family in Business Bay, Dubai, looking for a housemaid and nanny who can bring warmth, reliability, and a genuine love for children into our home. If you've been searching for a position where your work is truly valued — not just tolerated — this might be the one. We're hiring urgently, so if it feels like a fit, don't sit on it.
About Us
We're a working family in the heart of Business Bay, juggling school runs, office hours, and everything in between — like most households, honestly. What makes us different is how much we believe in treating the people who help us as part of the family, not just staff. Our home is calm, respectful, and built on trust. We've had long-term help before, and we're hoping to find someone who wants the same kind of lasting relationship.
We keep things simple: clear expectations, kind communication, and appreciation for a job well done. If you take pride in keeping a home running smoothly and caring for little ones like they're your own, you'll feel right at home here.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cooking — preparing daily family meals, with a focus on simple, wholesome home cooking. If you have a few signature dishes, even better.
- Cleaning and tidying — keeping the apartment fresh and organized, from daily upkeep to deeper cleaning routines.
- Childcare — looking after our children with patience and attentiveness, including feeding, playing, and helping with basic routines.
- School and activity support — helping with morning prep, pickups, or getting the kids ready for their day.
- Light household errands — occasional grocery runs or similar tasks when needed.
- Being a steady presence — someone the kids feel safe with and we can rely on, day in and day out.
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Real experience with cooking, cleaning, and caring for children — this isn't a training role.
- You must currently be inside the UAE — we can't process applications from abroad.
- A caring, patient attitude, especially around children.
- Reliability and honesty — we value trust above everything.
- Ability to communicate in basic English or Hindi/Urdu (whatever helps us work together smoothly).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with a family in Dubai or the wider Gulf region.
- A knack for keeping things organized without being asked.
- Flexibility when schedules shift — because with kids, they sometimes do.
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you. Sometimes the right person doesn't fit a checklist — they just fit.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Salary between AED 2,000 – AED 2,700, depending on experience.
- Free visa — handled by us, no stress on your end.
- Accommodation provided — a comfortable place to call home.
- One day off per week — because rest matters, and we mean it.
- A respectful, family-style environment — no shouting, no drama, just mutual respect.
- Open to any nationality — we care about who you are, not where you're from.
We know domestic work can sometimes feel thankless. We're trying to change that — one household at a time. If you're looking for a stable, kind place to work where your effort is noticed, we'd genuinely love to meet you.
