About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
A Rare Opportunity for a Housemaid Ready to Travel with a Family
Some jobs ask you to show up and clock out. This one asks you to become part of a household's story — across two countries. We're a small family of three based in Dubai's Mirdif neighborhood, and we're looking for a housemaid who's ready to pack her bags and travel with us to Uzbekistan. If you've ever dreamed of seeing a new part of the world while doing meaningful work for a family that genuinely values you, this might be the role you've been waiting for.
About Us
We're not a hotel, and we're not a corporation — we're a family of three who believes a home runs best on respect, clear communication, and a little bit of laughter. We've lived in Mirdif for years, and our household is calm, organized, and drama-free.
We travel to Uzbekistan regularly, and we want someone who can grow with us — not just pass through. Treat our home well, and you'll be treated like family in return. That's not a slogan; it's how we've always done things.
What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping our home running smoothly — cleaning, tidying, and making sure the house feels welcoming, both in Dubai and during our time in Uzbekistan.
- Handling day-to-day household tasks like laundry, ironing, and light kitchen help. We don't expect a chef, but a hand with meals is always appreciated.
- Caring for our home while we're at work or traveling — you'll be trusted to manage your own daily routine without someone hovering over you.
- Traveling with us to Uzbekistan and helping maintain the same standard of comfort there. Think of it as a change of scenery, not a change of job.
- Being flexible when plans shift — travel dates move, routines change, and we need someone who rolls with it rather than stresses about it.
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A valid Emirate ID — this is non-negotiable, as it's essential for travel and legal work in the UAE.
- Willingness and readiness to travel to Uzbekistan with the family.
- Prior experience managing a household — you know what needs doing without being told twice.
- A trustworthy, independent work ethic. We won't micromanage you, and we expect the same courtesy in return.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic cooking skills — nothing fancy, just home-style meals.
- Experience working with families who travel frequently.
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you. Attitude and reliability matter more to us than a perfect résumé.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- $500 USD monthly salary, paid consistently and on time — with a salary increment every 3 months because loyalty and good work deserve recognition.
- Flight ticket from Dubai to Uzbekistan covered by us. You won't pay a dirham for travel.
- Food and all personal expenses covered — you focus on your work, not your wallet.
- Two weeks of leave every 6 months so you can return to Dubai, rest, and take care of your own personal matters. Everyone needs breathing room.
- A family that respects you — we believe in fair treatment, clear expectations, and a home where you feel comfortable, not watched.
This isn't just a job listing — it's an invitation to join a household that values stability, kindness, and a job well done. If that sounds like the kind of environment you've been looking for, we'd be glad to hear from you.
