About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Looking for a Change in the Driver’s Seat? Here’s Your Next Route.
Are you a skilled driver familiar with the streets of Dubai? We’re in urgent need of reliable Cargo Drivers (both Heavy and Light vehicles) to join our busy team in Deira City. Whether you thrive behind the wheel of a loaded truck or a nimble van, this is your chance to be part of a growing logistics operation that values dedication, punctuality, and a can-do attitude. If you’re looking to boost your earnings with commission and enjoy practical perks, this opportunity is worth the pit stop.
Life at Our Company
We’re a diverse, energetic bunch who believe that teamwork moves cargo — and careers — faster. Our operation has rapidly expanded in Deira City thanks to a team that treats each delivery with care and takes pride in every on-time arrival. We keep communication open, celebrate monthly milestones, and support one another (and yes, quick chai breaks are unofficially encouraged during longer shifts). We understand the importance of reliability on the road and in the workplace, so we’ve built a space where every driver feels supported and valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate company-assigned heavy or light vehicles to transport cargo across Dubai and the broader UAE.
- Load, secure, and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring all goods arrive in pristine condition.
- Follow delivery schedules and navigation routes — no two days (or drives) are exactly the same.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, check-ups, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Communicate with dispatch and clients to ensure seamless hand-offs and resolve minor hiccups on the fly.
- Handle basic paperwork related to deliveries, receipts, and cargo documentation.
- Adapt to occasional route changes or last-minute assignments with a positive attitude and a steady hand.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A valid UAE driving license (Heavy or Light, depending on your experience)
- At least one year of driving experience on UAE roads
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside UAE cannot be considered)
- Strong sense of time management and care for customer service
- Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, or Arabic are all helpful)
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with cargo/logistics companies
- Familiarity with Dubai city routes and traffic patterns
- Team-player attitude; ready to lend a hand when needed
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive monthly salary: AED 3,200 plus commission for high performers
- Free visa sponsorship (no surprises or hidden fees from our end — but note the application fee through the recruitment agency)
- Provided accommodation to keep commutes simple
- Comprehensive medical insurance for peace of mind
- Join a multicultural team where every nationality is welcome, as long as you’re currently inside the UAE
- Quick onboarding for urgent vacancies — we get you on the road, fast
At the end of the day, we know a driver’s job is more than moving cargo. It’s about trust, teamwork, and building a career you can be proud of. If you’re looking for stability with the potential for extra earnings, let’s connect.
