If you’re ready for hands-on work and want to join a dedicated team that keeps Dubai ticking, this could be the step you’ve been looking for.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing labor solutions provider, supplying workforce talent to some of Dubai’s busiest industries. Our teams are trusted by leading contractors and logistics companies in Al Quoz, Sonapur, and Jebel Ali — places where hard work pays off and every day brings something new. You’ll find a mix of experienced pros and newcomers on our crew, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie here (don’t be surprised if you pick up a new language or two on the job).

  • Supporting daily operations in construction, warehouse, or packing environments
  • Assisting skilled workers with material handling, loading/unloading, and site cleanup
  • Sorting, packing, and labeling goods for shipment or storage
  • Following safety procedures and wearing protective gear at all times
  • Pitching in wherever needed — whether it’s moving supplies or helping keep the workspace organized
  • Reporting to supervisors and working as part of a team to meet daily targets
  • Showing up on time, ready to work, and willing to learn new tasks as you go

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Physical fitness and stamina for manual labor
  • Basic communication in English or Arabic
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
  • Ready to join immediately and commit to a full-time schedule

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in construction, warehousing, or general labor
  • Familiarity with safety rules and basic hand tools
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to work with a diverse team

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Visa sponsorship, accommodation, and transportation provided
  • Company SIM card for easy communication
  • Overtime pay for extra hours worked
  • Annual leave so you can recharge
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and grow with us
  • Team spirit — you’ll never feel like just another number
  • A work environment where effort is noticed and appreciated

You’ll join a crew that looks out for each other, in locations that are at the heart of Dubai’s progress. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something bigger, we can’t wait to welcome you aboard.
