What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your day-to-day could include:
- Pastry Chef: Dream up and craft eye-catching desserts and pastries that wow guests at every meal service.
- Cook: Bring creativity and consistency to the kitchen, preparing a variety of dishes that reflect both local and international flavors.
- Kitchen Helper: Keep the heart of the hotel running smoothly by assisting chefs, prepping ingredients, and maintaining a spotless kitchen.
- Housekeeping: Create a welcoming, spotless environment in guest rooms and shared spaces—your attention to detail will make every guest’s stay memorable.
- Waiter/Waitress: Deliver warm, professional service—whether it’s a quick breakfast or a lavish dinner, you’ll make every meal special.
- Bartender: Mix up signature cocktails and classic favorites, engaging guests with your expertise and friendly banter.
- Bell Boy: Be the first smile guests see, assisting with luggage, answering questions, and making arrivals and departures seamless.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in Dubai (applications from outside Dubai cannot be considered).
- A positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role (for most positions).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
- Strong communication skills—English is a must, and other languages are a bonus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Formal training or certificates in hospitality or culinary arts.
- Passion for providing top-notch service and a genuine care for guest experience.
