About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ready to bring your expertise to some of Dubai’s standout building projects? We’re on the lookout for seasoned Electrical and Plumbing Contractors who know their way around both soaring towers and elegant villas. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with a well-regarded contracting firm on installations and finishing touches that truly make a mark on Dubai’s skyline — and its neighborhoods. If you’re licensed, experienced, and eager for a new challenge, this just might be your next big step.
About the Company
Our company is a dynamic player in Dubai’s competitive construction scene, known just as much for top-quality finishings as for our down-to-earth approach to teamwork. We’re a mid-sized but nimble operation — large enough to handle multifaceted projects, personable enough that your contribution isn’t just another invoice. Site briefings usually pair blueprints with plenty of real talk; we value clear communication, practical know-how, and partners who take genuine pride in their craft. Our portfolio runs the gamut from sleek, high-rise towers in the heart of the city to clusters of bespoke villas where every detail counts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and executing all electrical and/or plumbing installation phases — from groundwork to high-level finishings — on both multi-story towers and villa clusters
- Ensuring that all work aligns with Dubai Municipality codes, safety requirements, and project specifications (no shortcuts — we mean it)
- Collaborating closely with our engineering and site teams to keep things running smoothly, avoid conflicts, and solve onsite problems as they arise
- Managing materials, workforce, and timelines for your scope, providing updates and documentation as needed
- Delivering work that will not only pass inspection, but genuinely impress both clients and end users
- Suggesting practical improvements or more efficient methods whenever you spot them; our culture rewards problem-solving
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A valid commercial license for electrical and/or plumbing contracting, registered in Dubai
- Proven experience completing both tower and villa projects — show us your portfolio, not just your business card
- Solid understanding of UAE building codes and standards for electrical and plumbing systems
- Strong organizational skills — you know how to keep several plates spinning, even on tight deadlines
- Good communication — you can coordinate crews, liaise with project managers, and ensure everyone’s in the loop
Nice-to-Haves:
- Established local supplier relationships or the ability to recommend proven, quality resources
- Commitment to sustainability and the latest efficiency techniques
- Solid references from similarly scaled projects, especially if they’re in Dubai
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still value hearing from you and exploring a fit.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Steady stream of interesting, high-visibility projects — no monotonous installs
- Clear, upfront agreements and reliable payments; we respect your expertise
- Supportive, professional team who understand the on-the-ground realities and are quick to lend a hand or solve a snag
- Flexibility in site scheduling where possible — we know life doesn’t always run on construction time
- Long-term partnership potential; we invest in relationships, not just transactions
We believe good contracting thrives on mutual trust, transparent expectations, and the satisfaction of seeing a project come together the right way. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact on Dubai’s building landscape, we’d love to connect.
