About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever imagined turning blueprints into reality—one crucial wire at a time? Our construction company, based steps from Dubai’s vibrant Safa Park in Jumeira, is searching for a skilled Electrician who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and reliable work. This is more than just another job: it’s an opportunity to play a central role in shaping modern spaces while working alongside an energetic, tight-knit team. If finding clever solutions and ensuring the lights always stay on is your jam, we’d love to connect.

About the Company

We’re a growing construction firm that’s left its mark on residential and commercial projects across Dubai. There’s a definite buzz in our office, partly thanks to our “coffee and catch-up” break tradition (you can always count on fresh baklava in the break room). Our team is a mix of experienced hands and ambitious newcomers—all united by a shared belief in quality work and a can-do attitude. Safety, respect, and honest communication are kind of our non-negotiables. It’s an exciting time to join as we’re taking on bigger, more complex projects—you’ll never be bored here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing, wiring, and connecting electrical systems in new and renovated buildings—sometimes from scratch, sometimes upgrading what’s already there.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults using the latest tools (and your sharp intuition).
  • Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly and prevent surprises.
  • Addressing urgent repairs quickly, often with a sense of calm under pressure that colleagues admire.
  • Ensuring every task meets the highest safety standards and aligns with Dubai’s electrical regulations.
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople with clear, respectful communication.
  • Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair work—because safety and transparency go hand-in-hand.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Vocational training or certification in electricity/electrical work.
  • Proven experience as an Electrician in construction environments (Dubai/UAE experience a plus).
  • Solid knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and technical blueprints.
  • Ability to read, understand, and implement wiring diagrams and technical instructions.
  • A safety-first mindset and good problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility—you’re comfortable hopping between sites and adapting to changing project needs.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with local Dubai electrical codes and standards.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Previous experience working in fast-paced, multicultural teams.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and overtime pay when the work requires that extra push.
  • Uniforms provided, as well as regular safety workshops—your well-being matters here.
  • Supportive and approachable management; your input will actually shape how we do things.
  • Enjoy breaks under the shade of Safa Park—you’re right next door.
  • Team gatherings and regular “shout-outs” for jobs well done, big or small.
  • Steady work pipeline—no “dry season” worries.
  • Opportunities to move up, lead teams, and train apprentices if you’re keen on growth.
  • A respectful, multicultural environment where everyone’s contribution counts.

Here, you’re not just another worker—you’re a valued part of a community building something lasting in Dubai. Looking forward to meeting the next member of our crew!
